Tomato puree, mustard, sugar, vinegar, corn syrup, pepper sauce, habanero peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, mesquite flavor, xanthum gum, red peppers, and caramel color
Produced in Costa Rica

Melinda’s® Barbecue
Shrimp
Nutrition Facts
5-7 Lbs., or 15 Lbs., large to Medium Shrimp.
Cover shrimp with 4 (12) bay leaves, salt, black pepper,
and Melinda's Original Extra Hot Habanero Pepper Sauce to taste.

Sauce
Melt 1/2 (2) Lbs., Butter or Margarine
6 Tb. Sp. (16Tb. Sp.) Melinda's Habanero Barbecue Sauce
4 Cloves (12 Cloves) Garlic Crushed
2 Tsp. (8 Tsp.) Rosemary
1 Cup (2 1/2 Cups) Real Lemon Concentrate

Mix the above ingredients, then pour over shrimp in large pan, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Toss after 10 minutes.

YIeld: 6 to 8 servings as an appetizer
